The palate has incredible structure with a clean and refreshing acidity supporting the white and stone fruit character. The salty minerality is present on the long and persistent finish with more citrus fruit flavours.

This wine makes a great accompaniment to almost any seafood dish and appetizer. It also matches well with garden salads and medium cheeses.
